Office of Small Business Development (OSBD)

Established to encourage and support small business enterprise in the City of Sacramento as well as small business participation in contracting and procurement opportunities with the City of Sacramento. Firms participating will have to meet economic threshold standards as an Emerging Business Enterprise (EBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), or subcontract a specific amount of work to EBE's or SBE's when selected as a prime contractor or service provider for the City.
